Gatwick Airport Limited and NCP (EUK) Ltd are responsible for the enforcement of parking restrictions around the site. These restrictions are essential to maintain the free flow of traffic and to minimise congestion on key routes, around the terminals and on the approach roads. We must enforce these restrictions for the safety of members of the public and Gatwick Airport staff.
Restrictions regarding use of the roadway are clearly indicated on signs displayed throughout the Gatwick Airport site, both on signs and road markings. It is the responsibility of drivers to ensure that their vehicle is not in breach of any restrictions or indications.
NCP may issue Parking Charge Notices for breaches of the restrictions. These include (but are not limited to):
The charge payable for a Parking Charge Notice is £100 is paid within 28 days. This can be reduced to £60 if the Notice is paid within 14 days from date of issue. Further fees may be incurred if the Parking Charge Notice remains unpaid.
All appeals and enquiries relating to parking enforcement on the private roads should be addressed to NCP by email customer.service@ncp.co.uk or call 0345 050 7080.
In the event of a breach of the restrictions, the vehicle keeper details will be requested from the DVLA, in accordance with all Data Protection Act guidelines.
