Picking up

Park in our Short Stay car parks, just minutes from the terminal. From there, you can walk to arrivals, greet your passengers, and help them with their luggage.

Prefer to stay in your vehicle? Pull into an express pick-up bay in our Short Stay car parks and ask your passengers to meet you there.

North Terminal: Car Park 6, Level 4

South Terminal: Car Park 3, Ground Floor

You will need to stay with your vehicle, as unattended cars may receive a parking charge notice. Express pick-up areas should not be used for dropping off passengers.

North Terminal Directions

• From the direction of London or Brighton, exit the M23 at junction 9 following the signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport
• Go straight ahead at the first roundabout (J9a) following signs for the North Terminal
• At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted North Terminal
• Move to the left hand lane and approach the entrance barriers to the short stay car parks which are directly ahead
• The Express Pick-Up areas can be found on Level 4 of Car Park 6

South Terminal Directions

• From the direction of London or Brighton exit the M23 at junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport
• Use the filter lane and turn left at the first roundabout (J9a) following signs to the South Terminal
• Follow signs to the short stay car park
• Move to the right hand lane and approach the entrance barriers to the short stay car parks which are directly ahead
• The Express Pick-Up areas can be found on Level 0 of Car Park 3

Using either the Short Stay car parks or express pick-up areas is charged at our standard Short Stay roll-up rates.

Our Long Stay car parks offer up to 2 hours free parking with free shuttle bus taking you to the terminal. Charges apply after 2 hours at our standard Long Stay roll-up rates.
